Nest is debuting a new version of its thermostat today. The new model will sell for $169.

No remote sensor still? Sticking with ecobee3/4

It’s such an odd beast, considering the “bold” dark colors of the original Nest and of Ecobee.

I prefer functionality over looks, so lean heavily towards Ecobee still (especially Lite or used ones at a good price!).

But meanwhile…
