NEW Advanced User App for SmartThings Web!

Is there anywhere I can see the date/time my hub last booted/uptime? I don’t see it in Advanced MyST or API Browser or under the Hub icon in the App or in CLI

I’m trying out the Advanced User App and when I click any of the options on the Sidebar I just see a spinning circle.

I’ve tried both Edge and Chrome and it happens on both of them. I had no issue with old site.

Has anyone else encountered this? Any ideas what is wrong and how to fix it?

any ad/malware blocker extensions installed on the browsers or Pihole on your network?

try private/incognito in the browser.

It’s generally a sign you need to reauthenticate. I just reload the page and it prompts for reauth.

That’s not the issue. I’ve tried signing out and signing back in and it made no difference.

Hi, @mjsztainbok
Have you checked in the browser’s console if you get an error?
To access it you need to use the command ctrl+shift+i or going to Chrome’s menu and selecting more tools — Developer tools.
Then, click on the tab “Console”

You can send me a DM for privacy purposes so I can create a report for the engineering team.

Sorry for the delay.

Not sure if this has been mentioned… But, the tabs on the left ie Devices, Scenes, Installed Apps etc only allows the max of 30 devices per page.

This is a PITA and there should be an option for many more 50, 100 etc and an option for having all your Devices, Scenes etc on one long scrolling page if you want.

Let me be the 4th to ask this, when this will be available again?

Since you migrated my automation is not working anymore, so i would really like to have those options again. Especially editing the network ID for devices.

Thank you

This morning I am unable to access the Advanced User App or my.smartthings.com, rebooted computer but not the hub.

disable your ad blocker, that is what I had to do, and once you log in, you can re-enable it.

just curious if anyone knows what this is? (listed under the Characteristics section of Hubs.

A quick look at the API suggests it is probably tied in with an API call for replacing one SmartThings hub with another. So a migration tool.

I disabled my pi-hole, and nothing, then realized I have it white listed, I assume it is a chrome update/issue and will dig into it, I can access it from my iPhone from safari.

Any ad blocker extensions in chrome?

No. I removed chrome and reinstalled, but same issue and in edge.

Removing chrome may not remove all extensions if you are logging in with your google account and syncing extensions or they may be installed by default?

Verify by Looking under extensions.

I forgot to mention I removed all extensions.
