Multiple temp sensor, Zone heating?

I have multiple heat zones for my baseboard heating. I also have temp sensors in those areas. I want to be able to set a temp for each sone and operate a relay to turn on the pumps for those zones. Is there anything already written or should I go out on my own. I have no experience in writing a smartapp or even in Webcore. I have an Arduino that I have my sensors and relays connected to.

Have a look at the marketplace smartapps in the climate control category. Virtual thermostat might fit your needs.

I found that app. It appears in my case it works backwards. And appears to be very slow on change.
