I have noticed that I am randomly getting duplicate notifications for 1 trigger.
I confirmed in my log for the device as well as with SmartThings customer service that only 1 sms message was sent out for each trigger.
I’ve also confirmed that I do not have duplicate routing for notifications setup.
The second false text message is usually a few minutes after the original true alert.
Anyone experience this and know what might be causing it?
I’m guessing it is likely my cell carrier.
