Most GE/Jasco/Enbrighten prodcuts not listed in the Smartthings App?

About 2 years ago I installed a number of GE/Jasco switches, dimmers and fan control all based on Z-Wave Plus. Originally I had a Wink hub but due to many backend issues (no availability) I switched to Smartthings. Had mostly no problems adding these switches, dimmers and fan control to the Smartthings hub.

Now I just bought today two enbrighten (by Jasco) outlets (model 55256) but when you go into Smartthings App on IOS, there is only 1 outlet listed under enbrighten, which is a Zigbee outlet. Nothing I have tried has been successful in connecting them.

Any one have any hints how to connect these?

2 options:

  1. under add a device use scan QR code.
  2. under add a device use scan nearby

Alternatively, add generic z-wave device. When added Smartthings will try to find the fingerprint of the device, if it does find it correctly, log into Smartthings IDE and change it to a z-wave outlet

Try excluding the devices, too
