I live in the USA, I have a Meross Garage door opener set up on my garage door and no matter whether the magnets are together or not and the meross app shows closed, smart things ALWAYS shows open, why is that
if you have not already tried… go to menu > linked services > open the meross integration and click done. see if that syncs the integration and shows the correct status. if that fails, remove the integration and reconnect.
