I purchased one, it would not connect with my EERO Mesh router. They have the same SSID for both bands. Even with 5 turned off no luck. . I do have a secondary router with separate 5/2/ It did connect to it.
Using with Echo, no idea how to connect it to ST (Geb2 Hub).
You should be able to add it ā> Add device > by brand > Meross > outlet > login to your Meross account
Unless you have already linked your Meross account, in which case, you go to Menu > Settings > Linked Services and open the Meross integration and click Done.

You just canāt beat that price! Even for indoor use at less than $2.50/controllable switch, this is beyond a bargain!
My spidey sense is telling me that this model is being discontinued, Not suggesting that it is any less of a bargain.
If anyone knows the dark secret of this device (other than not being the HomeKit version), Iād like to hear it before I get one.

Meross discounts stuff all the time, so I donāt think that necessarily means anything.
It is possible, though, that long term they will go with a single model line that has both Matter and HomeKit compatibility, or even just Matter compatibility, but we will see.
