You’re on the right track here.

If you have access to RBoy Apps you can try this app and use the modes to control access.
The changes will happen within a few minutes depending on how many users you have. You can configure it but the default is 15 seconds per user. With 8 locks I’m assuming you have lots of repeaters installed and if you have a strong Z-Wave/ZigBee mesh you can speed up programming users to every 5 second. So for a single lock to program 30 users should take about 2-3 minutes (if you have a strong mesh).
