In regards to timeframe - a smartapp developer mentioned that live logging became non functional after yesterdays incident, any chance you could clarify if this morning is when you first noticed or did you actually use live logging successfully last night after the outage?
I used live logging at around 12:00AM EST then I tried again at 3:45 AM EST or around then it wasnât working.

I first noticed the Live Logging issue this morning, around 8am EST. I had not used for a few days before this morning, so I have no way to know when it stopped working.

do I need to reboot my hub or some other action to make logs work?

Todays issues were cloud related and confined to na01. I am able to see your logs though if theyâre not working for you I think that might be related to the Samsung Account migration. Do you get an option to use either SmartThings or Samsung accounts when you login to the IDE? If you do⌠try using the SmartThings option - what Iâm seeing is your SmartThings version is getting the logs but the Samsung one isnât. If that isnât an option for you or if using the SmartThings option doesnât work you will need to submit a support ticket - the account migration stuff is handled by another team and I wouldnât even know where to begin troubleshooting so unfortunately I canât help you 
Iâve never been able to use Live Logging and it still doesnât work, although I am using eu01. I believe my account is a Samsung account, but I donât see any option to log in with a SmartThings account.
Is there anything I can do?
Submit a support case to SmartThings.
I did this a couple of weeks ago, they said that Live Logging wasnât supposed to be showing any events (I donât think they really knew what Live Logging was) and closed the case.
