KASA plugs reporting offline in ST but working fine in KASA app

About 3 weeks ago several KASA plugs reported they are offline and I’m unable to get them working in ST again. Two different locations 2 different hubs, switches and PAPO cameras working fine.
Any ideas how to fix it?
Tried to remove them, added them again but they immediately report offline.

Are you using the cloud to cloud (c2c) integration or the Edge Driver?

In either case try rebooting your router, and if you are using the Edge Driver also reboot your ST hub.

Also a good idea to assign static IPs for your Kasa devices on your Router :slight_smile:

Rebooted router and hub, no change.
I remember I installed the edge drive couple years ago but shows c2c integration and other devices in same location, even same type still work fine.

Here, same device same house, 10ft away working fine

I had static IP on all KASA devices in the house since day one.

Is in this field more information about offline status reason?

No, unfortunately not :frowning:

Well, problem solved, not graceful, but works again after removing the device from KASA ( even when it was working in the KASA app fine) and adding it again. It immediately showed as working in the ST app.
