Issues grouping speakers in SmartThings. Can't find group option under device

Hi,

I want to play music from my Ultra Slim bar and Music Frame. I have gotten this to work for a brief period until my frame lost connection to smart things. I needed to split my Wifi, 2.4G and 5G, and restart my devices for the music frame to be able to connect.

Now both my speakers is connected to the smart things and I can see them under my devices, but I can’t find a way to group them together. Before the restart I could clearly group when I click under any of the speakers, but now I cant find it.

I have the same issue with my speakers. The group setting worked for months to pair 4 speakers throughout my home. Now the feature is gone.

I contacted support and received a response from Samsung that the group feature is no longer available.

This seems crazy to remove this feature. Do they not want people to buy multiple speakers?! I bought multiples for this very reason.

I had the same issue with the smartthings app on my Iphone. I installed an old version of smartthings on my old Android phone. This phone is now used only to enable stereo / group function for two VL350’s. Strange indeed that this feature has been removed

How are you able to find an older version of the app that still has the group in?
