Is it possible to add hard-wired door sensors to SmartThings Hub?

In all my doors I have sensors that came with the house which connects to the GE Simon XT device. I wonder if these wonders can be connected to the SmartThings Hub. If so, how do I go about adding them?

Hi Everybody, I’ve posted here and there a few times before about the NodeMCU ESP8266 based solution to connect wired alarm components (door/window sensors, motion sensors, smoke detectors and siren) to SmartThings for under $25. Konnected is not “connected” with ethernet and therefore should not be used by anyone serious about security, not to mention it’s high price considering the components involved. Many of us are waiting / searching for an Ethernet connected solution that cannot be jammed. Many of us are quite dumbfounded as to why they implemented a hardwired solution that only works wirelessly.
