I am looking for a zwave inwall fan control that also has light control. The ceiling fan in the room has a light and I cannot seem to find a switch that does both. also does ST support that in app?

This is a popular question. No automated inwall switch exists to operate two independent loads, but you can use a dual relay wired in the fan canopy. The best solution so far is in the threads below. A better solution if possible is to re-wire the fan, so the light and fan controls are separate loads and can each have their own zwave switch (zwave fan switch can control 3 speeds, and either switch or dimmer for lights).
Hi guys,
I am looking for a solution for controlling my pull chain fan/light combo. I am not so concerned about the speed/brightness I will set those by chain but I don’t always want both on or both off but alternating. I know this has been brought up several times but most people are more worried about building a light adjusted fan adjusted shield/module.
I think I have found a solution that may help my problem in this switch

The problem I have is =
In my house I have 2 fans running in session on 1 switch. The fan/light combos are mounted to 15 ft high ceilings and they have chains to control light and fan speed. It has become a pain in the but, in the winter I want the light in the summer I want more of …
I purchased a ZWN-RSM2 with the hopes on using it in locations that only have 1 hot wire in the ceiling where I’m trying to control fan and light independently. I’m only concerned with on/off on each load as that is the best I’ll get with device types available currently. Without spending over $200 per location. (total of 7 locations)
I have been struggling for a few days looking at code searching, reading learning but I just don’t know how to get started.
I was able to get this device hooked up correctly (I have it in the fan canopy rather than the switch)
I can toggle load 1 via app and via manually trigger at the device, I cannot toggle load 2 via the ST app because there is no device type to handle the request. I can toggle it via the device itself.
I need help on where to start cr…

Hello so an option that you can use if you only have one hot line going to the fan would be to put a z-wave on off switch to replace the current wall switch and then you can do the following:
My wife enjoys having a fan in the bedroom (it helps her sleep). My project this last weekend was to install the fan. This was not a major undertaking but it made me rather sad as I had the light hooked up to a evolve dimmer and an aeon minimote to be able to turn the light on in off as I lay in bed (yes when it comes to getting out of bed I’m incredibly lazy).
After installing the fan and realizing that turning the light on and off at night would require me to stand on the edge of the bed and reach up to the pull string to turn the light off, this scenario quickly became unacceptable. So I looked for a solution and found this:

To install this I put the devic…
