Over the last couple of months my IFTTT recipes (maker channel REST call to SmartThings action) sometimes take 30-90 minutes to process. Is this a delay on the IFTTT maker end? Could it be that I upgraded to the SmartThings Hub v3?

Webhooks changed the API key, the new one works correctly. The old one continues to work with a delay
