Hub became offline - not at home - what to do

I am not currently at home and will not be for next 2-3 days.
My hub became offline. I know that there’s internet access at home because I am able to reach my server and router at home.

What might have happened to my hub ?

Have you logged into IDE at https://account.smartthings.com to check the status of the hub there?

nevermind.
seems my router is stucked. I am able to ping it but can’t access the GUI. It answers ssh calls but then drops.
