How to return/replace defective motion sensors

I’ve got two motion sensors which have stopped working correctly. They were both bought from Currys but the receipts are long gone.

Does anyone know how to have them refunded or replaced?

What did SmartThings Support say when you worked with them?

I emailed support and they just sent me a new one after verifying some information.

The support team are very helpful. They’ve previously replaced a door/window sensor for me without too much issue.

What is the issue with the sensors?
