How to reset Philips Hue Hub & Bulbs before selling it?

Hello,

I need to sell my Philips Hue Starter Kit Gen 2 and replace it with a Gen 3 starter kit. Currently i have the Gen 2 hub with the starter kit. Along with this i also brought a separate two Gen 3 A19 bulbs.

I would like to know the steps that needs to be done to reset my Gen 2 A19 starter kit and sell it separately. I will be using my existing 2 A19 Gen 3 bulbs along with the new Gen 3 starter pack which i will be getting it this week.

Will a factory reset of Gen 2 hub be ok for this or will i have to do any additional steps?.
