Hue White Ambiance ≠ Hue White, however, although the product title is Hue White Ambiance, the photos and price indicates Hue White and AFAIK there’s no starter kit with only two Hue White Ambiance bulbs.

So, as @RLDreams said, only a deal if you need a bridge.
