How do I stop these false alerts?

I have two original SmartThings Multipurpose sensors being used as garage door sensors. They’re being used by the Garage Door Monitor SmartApp on a Hub 1.0, and have been working flawlessly up until several days ago. Now, despite the fact that the doors are closed, and the Hub sees them as such, I’m getting a continuous stream of “open door” alerts.

Any ideas what went sideways, and how I can fix it?

Could be this.

You should report what’s happening to support. Otherwise they may not devote enough resources to squashing bugs.

Try a new set of batteries. My Samsung branded sensors report many false positives when the battery is about to die.
