I can connect Google home to Smartthings but not the other way around. Any ideas when this will become available? Sonos works fine by the way…
Please don’t suggest to include a 3rd party device to proxy through to Google home. I would like a direct connect, just like Sonos.
At the present time, I don’t believe there is a way because Google has not opened it in that direction.
However, they just announced that they are going to start offering home routines something like the currently available echo routines, and that should open up more options. No details yet, though.
If you Google the topic you will find people that have succeeded making a toolbox for Ras PI for playing on Google home. Have you considered being inspired by that?
