Help with motion and lighting

so currently i have automation between the hours of 930pm to 7am, my patio lights turn on and brightness set to 10%. i also have a motion sensor at my patio door, so i would like to set it up like below.

930pm lights on and brightness set to 10%
if motion triggered then turn brightness to 100%
when motion clears then resume brightness to 10%

i don’t know if I’m overlooking, but i cant find anywhere to do this within the smartthings app.

Webcore is certainly the way to go about doing this.
