Have MR16 Smart Lights come out yet?

I don’t have a SmartThings hub. I have a Hubitat hub that also controls Zigbee.
But even without the hub, I couldn’t connect it to the bulb’s app.

I believe that I have 12V. They work perfectly fine as regular bulbs. Just not as smart bulbs
