Can someone tell me if there is a list on which Harmony remote/hubs that will integrate with smartthings and Amazon echo?

Any of the Harmony Remotes that have a “hub”.
There’s no official integration between Harmony and Echo. You can go through a 3rd party like Smart Things, IFTTT, Yonomi, etc, but the functions are limited to Activity activation or virtual switches with awkward device commands (Alexa, turn on volume up, etc). There’s also unofficial integrations between Harmony and Echo like sushilks AlexaHarmonyApp, but it requires quite a bit of setup and a computer on your home network to forward web requests from Echo to your hub. Works well after initial setup though.
There were rumors a month or two ago about an official integration in the works, but I haven’t heard anything about that recently.
Sorry, I misread your question. The best integration with Harmony and the Echo is with Yonomi. Try their free app/service. It’s flawless.
