I just wanted to mention that I’ve really been seeing lots of great improvements to reliability, as of lately. Great job, SmartThings team.
I’ve had SmartThings for a little less than a year. The last two months have been great in terms of stability on the backend. Looks like status.smartthings.com confirms that. Also, the mobile app’s presence detection has been working great on my (and my wife’s) iPhone!
Anyways, I just wanted to commend you guys. We users tend to complain a lot when something doesn’t work, and then generally remain quiet when things go smoothly.
