From the SmartThings APP, tap the add button “+” at the upper right corner and select “Device”. Under “By brand” locate "Graywind Smart.

Those look like slightly dated instructions. Once you go to Add device you now go to Partner devices to select a brand.
Your title says ‘Graywind wifi blind’.
I am not familiar with Graywind but I can see their website gives instructions for Matter (either Partner devices > Matter and scan the QR code, or just go direct to Scan QR code instead of Partner devices), or for Zigbee (go to Partner devices and look for the yooksmart brand). If it is neither of those then I have nothing to suggest.
