So, I have a few z-wave plugs which end up appearing as lights in my google home. That is convenient because I can associate them with a google home in a room and say “turn on/off the lights” and it turns the device on/off. Perfect.
I just set up a couple of wemo plugs, they get recognized as plugs in google home. And apparently it doesn’t think plugs can turn on/off in the same manner.
I can turn it on/off by addressing it directly (e.g. "turn on ") but I can’t simply same “turn on the light” as I did with my z-wave plugs.
Any ideas?
