Getting OAuth autorization error

#1

I am trying to write a Web Services SmartApp. When I try to use OAuth to get an Authorization code, I get the error “Client is not associated with a SmartApp in location Home.” What do I need to make this work?

Not sure but you can always open a support ticket with ST

I tried that and they said that they didn’t have time to help. Instead, I should try the community.

Can you provide a bit more information? What have you done so far (code, publishing) and when are you getting the error (eg. what URL or call)?

I made a few changes to an existing app and I was able to publish the app and install it. I could also use the simulator and get access using the tokens from the simulator. But, when I try to go through the auth process, I get the no client error from above. I have tried installing it from mobile app, from simulator and not having it installed and get the same result.
