Smart Lighting - the new version has been released and any existing Smart Lighting rules you have in the old version will be automatically converted before the end of the year.
Manually migrating devices - It will be done automatically by ST but you have the option of doing it manually if you are concerned on any of your devices.
Routines - those should be fine except in the case a device does not migrate over to a Driver with the same capabilities. In the rare case, the Routine might be deleted.
WebCore and IDE will cease by the end of this year. You should start now switching them over to: Routines/Scenes, Rules API or some users opt to use SharpTools for some of their more complex pistons.
