GE Smart Motion Plus Switch not being recognized

I’m trying to use the new Samsung SmartThings app on my iPhone for a newly installed GE z-wave smart motion plus switch and it says it doesn’t recognize it. I was able to add it to the SmartThings classic app and it works fine. Any ideas?

I have heard rumors the device does not pair well with the new app. @nathancu may have more info. However, you WILL need a custom DTH to run it in either environment to access both the switch and motion sensor. I have those in this thread:

Here is the change log: Added the following new commands: switchModeOn()- Programmatically turns the dimmer to ‘switch mode’ (only used for dimmer 26933) switchModeOff()-Programmatically turns off ‘switch mode’ (only used for dimmer 26933) New to the settings page: Items that only have enabled/disabled now have on/off sliders. You WILL have to reset your settings for these to operate the first time. Added a ‘double press’ option for the off button to override the main mode. Other items: Syntax changed and bug fixes.
