GE Link Bulb has no SmartApps?

I installed two GE Link Bulbs. I am able to turn them on/off manually from the app, but it doesn’t allow me to use any smartapps to control them. It simply says No SmartApps installed, but then gives me no options. Device type is “GE Link Bulb”. Is there something I need to change? I want to turn the bulbs on and off at certain times of the day. Thanks!
