The team made some changes to help with the issue and they just made it to production. So, can you (and everyone else facing the issue) help us check if there was an improvement for you, please?
Since I previously had the team add a workaround, how would I know if it is officially working? Sounds like I may need to ask other users to test this
Last time you had an issue with the timeout, that should be solved now. It would be helpful to know if it’s solved in your case as well despite the team making other changes to your location directly.
The creation of chils edege started working for me 12 days ago and it continues to work well.
What I have noticed a few hours ago is that the creation of the devices seems faster now, but I have also noticed that the Android App runs very fast too. It opens and updates device data very quickly and makes changes from one profile to another instantly when it tells you to close the device and open it again.
I don’t know if they have anything to do with it, but the speed of the app is very noticeable now.
It appears to be working again with those changes. Thanks for helping to resolve this
