Is there something that controls ceiling fan speed and dims lights without a wall switch? I’m thinking something you wore to the top of the fan. Thank you

Unfortunately the device from the link above has been sold out for quite some time. I heard you may be able to order it as a replacement part at a higher price from the manufacturer directly.
I have seen people put and hide the actual fan control switch in the fan housing instead of using it as a wall switch.
For the dimmer you could us an aeon relay.
Or if you just want to control on/off foir the fan, no speed, you could use a dual relay like this one:
