Error Trying to Add User Code for Schlage Lock

Using Smartthings app on my Android phone to add a User Code for my Schlage FE595 Lockset, and I kept getting the error code/message “Something went wrong while trying to create the lock code. Try again”. I decided to try two things. 1) I turned off the WIFI on my phone (in case that was part of the problem) forcing the phone to use the cellular connection. And 2) I moved closer to the building where the lock and hub are located. Went through the Create Code process again, and it worked. Just though I’d share in case someone else out there has had this problem.
