The automations things a known issue and they are supposed to fix it.
The Switch renaming is know too. I do not if this have solution.
You can try linking switch2 to a virtual switch and imitate their behavior with 2 automations.

It is part of the reasons why I have not released the multi switch driver.

The switch2 thing may have a solution, uninstall it and I will put a new version now.

And you tell me what happens.

it works now after reinstalling. it doesnt switches on and off anymore. thanks for that.

Creating virtual switches allows me to create an automation based on the status of the actual zemismart switches. However, I am still not be able to create an automation that changes the state of SW1 alone since SW2 is selected by default. Hence, i will not be able to change the state of SW1 via motion detection. But no worries, i’m sure someone will fix this soon or maybe there’s another way through this.

I hope this driver will be kept on your channel or get this onboarded on the ST main channel. Thank you so much for your help.

Try use make automation with smart Ligthing app. You can use the mirror option
Can work well.
In smart lighting you have to search for switch 1 by name and switch2 as switch2

First bulb is just plain warm white. Second is white spectrum and last one is RGB.

For faster update, you should uninstall the 2 switch device, uninstall the driver of hub and reinstall the driver on the hub
