Wow! That was quick. They were both in stock when I posted. But considering they are posted on all the deals sites, it is no wonder.
I still had the pages loaded for those items showing in stock, refreshed the pages and they showed out of stock 
Same. I started doing research on the lite vs 4 and it was too late.

Don’t forget to check your gas/ electric company for energy star rebates on smart thermostats. Can be as high as $100-$150 for installing Ecobee. If you have central air there can also be a monthly bill credit too.
