Ecobee4 and an Infinity 59TN6 two stage furnace.. always running stage 1

I know this isn’t ST related but I know a ton of users on here have an ecobee.

I recently got my ecobee and was wondering about the operation. Every time I check the app it always says its running stage 1 heat…

I’m not even 100% what that means but I know it’s supposed to be more efficient then my old one. Do I just happen to be catching it in stage 1 each time I check it or am I missing something?

I’d recommend contacting Ecobee support. I have an Ecobee too and there are setting that you have to set up in the Thermostat that have nothing to do with SmartThings.
