Sorry but development on EchoSistant was halted before changes were made to the Amazon aws. It can be done, but it’s extremely difficult.

In your opinion what would be the best way to get custom notifications such as weather reports and alerts?

This app is great for custom message alerts and weather reports.
It’s very easy to setup and is incredibly powerful.
I use it daily as it was born from EchoSistant.
