Does Samsung Web Cam Have Away Assist?

I am thinking about getting a Samsung web camera and replacing my nest. My nest cam has a feature called ‘away assist’ where it uses my phone location to detect that I am not home and turns on the camera automatically.

Does Samsung Web cam have the same feature?
