I haven’t received direct feedback from the engineering team but I know that they have released some improvements for the Matter devices.
So, I’ll ask the team but since you haven’t seen any recent issues, and it has been a while since this was first reported, it’s possible the Cloud logs are not there anymore.
In case you get the issue again, please help us send new evidence.

The engineering team mentioned that, since firmware version 60, some improvements for Matter devices were introduced.
If you still have issues, please let us know so we can collect fresh information.
Last few days have many on-off-on, matter devices.. Timmerflotte, Klipbokk, one Alpstuga, and two Kajplats spots. And we are talking about several times per hour. Such an anoyance that I switched messaging off for those devices. As I am not on the location there is not much I can do. They are not inmporant devices because no switches for my heating and the relevant water leak sensors are all aeotec Zigbee.
And most of hte Matter devices come back. But not the Alpstuga. Who could be the main reason of the problem because many devices are connceted via this Alpstuga
