I haven’t received direct feedback from the engineering team but I know that they have released some improvements for the Matter devices.
So, I’ll ask the team but since you haven’t seen any recent issues, and it has been a while since this was first reported, it’s possible the Cloud logs are not there anymore.
In case you get the issue again, please help us send new evidence.
