Since the newest firmware update hub V2 I’ve had 3 devices continue to go offline and then online eventually. They are Z-Wave devices (motion sensor, door window sensor, Z-Wave range extender.) and have worked fine up until the latest update. Is anyone else experiencing anything weird like this late…

I have been seeing 20+ devices going offline/online the last week or so. IIRC, they were all zigbee, either directly connected or matter bridged from Aqara or Hue.

Hi, @itsrickimrick The engineering team applied a change in your Hub that could help with this behavior. That was on November 4th, can you let us know if the situation has improved, please?

Hi @nayelyz unfortunately things are still not working. I actually can’t control any devices today. Usually I can get something to work if I try long enough, but nothing seems to be working at all today. Also, I’m not sure if this is related, but my cloud integrated meross garage door opener is also…

@nayelyz any update? The firmware update that Samsung pushed broke my entire smart home environment almost a month and a half ago…

Same email. Dumped hub logs. starting last night around 10pm through this morning 7am and continuing. Central time Check all zigbee devices. Currently only 1 active device showing offline but no zigbee devices can be controlled. Have rebooted hub via AWA and rebooted router. Same results.

I had to re-pair all my zigbee devices to ST to get them back online after being offline for consecutive days….

Unfortunately that didn’t work for me. I re-paired some devices, but that didn’t resolve the issue. I also have 100+ devices, so even if that did fix it, it’s really not an acceptable solution.

Agreed….I had around 40 and was not real happy about re-pairing them all. Also had me buy a HA green and will begin transitioning away from ST. Only sign I could see of the issue was that ST updated the Zigbee switch driver around the time my issues started but I couldn’t get anything to work or st…
