In addition to Z-Wave - devices (switches) turning themselves on without any external influences (physically or by Z-Wave - signalling) I have an Aeotec Z-Wave repeater that goes off-and online at random times.
Naturally, this is “only” per the Home Insight function of the app.

Nayelz I finally got around to doing the Hub replace as you requested. I added a old V3 to my setup and used hub replace on the Station and it moved all of the devices from my Station to the V3. Works perfectly now, all devices online and operational. As per your request, I did this between 12:30 and 1:00 PM EST. I will let you know if it continues to work or is on and off again. I guess the Station is a paper weight now unless engineering ever gets around to fixing the firmware. Honestly I never really liked the Station, I think it has subpar components compared to the V3 which is a work horse! I think the V3 has a better Zigbee radio than the Station.

Just a guess, but I think the reason why I’m seeing this issue and other people with a Station are fine, is because of the number of Zigbee devices that I have.
Update: Things are still working flawlessly. Both my wife and I have noticed that all of the automations run much faster and more consistently than they did when we were using the Station.
When I first got the Station, I tried to find out how much memory it had, but no one at Samsung seemed to know—or wanted to tell me. I think it’s underpowered and a step down from the V3.
I have to say, the hub replace feature works flawlessly as well. I originally purchased the Station to move off my old V3s and performed a hub replace to the Station, and now back to the same V3.
Hopefully, for those of you still using the Station, the engineers will fix the firmware issue. If you want a quick fix and much better performance, get a V3 and perform a hub replace.
@nayelyz Everything randomly started working this morning. I’m still on the same firmware, and nothing changed on my end. Not sure if something was changed by support/dev or not. I’ll report back if the issues return.
@nayelyz well I spoke too soon. Everything worked great yesterday and then broke sometime today. I’m back to 40+ devices showing offline even though they’re powered on.
I have been seeing 20+ devices going offline/online the last week or so. IIRC, they were all zigbee, either directly connected or matter bridged from Aqara or Hue.

Are all the Zigbee and Thread devices you’ve connected to the same Hub going offline?

Hi @nayelyz unfortunately things are still not working. I actually can’t control any devices today. Usually I can get something to work if I try long enough, but nothing seems to be working at all today. Also, I’m not sure if this is related, but my cloud integrated meross garage door opener is also not working properly today, and I’ve never had an issue with it before today.
