Device to Measure Sound Decibels? (SPL Meter)

For specific sound levels, I would probably use an android app on an inexpensive android device and combine it with Tasker and SharpTools. @joshua_lyon might have more ideas about that.

Since it is an Android tablet that is already talking to the Echo device, I will do some research on this approach.
