DOHHH. My VOIP wall wart fell out and smacked the ST hub power out of its socket. Not lightning. Not a smartapp corruption, just temporary blindness - sorry nothing to see here.
I am still having this problem. I have rebooted hub, deleted and reloaded app on my iphone6 and iPad. What did they do to fix the issue?
I was informed that it was a corrupt SmartApp. But I am still getting the error intermittently.
I have been having the same issue since yesterday. I have done the same process (reboot, delete and reload), but with the same result.
I started getting the same message yesterday afternoon/evening, “There was an error loading your dashboard.” After message disappeared, I noticed delays in transitioning between screens in the ST app (v 1.7.3 on iOS8, iPhone6). During that time, my motion detect event is not triggering a light switch on.
This morning, the problem vanished. I’ll have to look into the motion/light switch issue this evening as it’s set to run only during the evening.
Staying patient with ST as they truly have great support.
