In my SmartThings app I don’t see the option to add danalock z wave. I only have one option to add zegbee. Although the SmartThings support mentions that it supports both versions.
I see both so I wonder if it a region block… meaning it is only available in certain countries. You may want to try selecting by brand > z-wave and see if it pairs.
You can pair any Z-Wave device using the Scan nearby option in the new app when adding device.
