Daikin One Touch Thermostat Support?

I see lots of post about support or otherwise for Daikin ductless systems. I don’t see anything about the Daikin One Touch thermostat support in ST. It looks like there simply isn’t any integration but before I head down the Daikin API rabbit hole, just wanted to check if anyone has any info that perhaps I am just not finding.

Hey I’m in the same boat now. Have you figured anything out?

The only way I could solve this was via home assistant. HA has a third-party Daikin integration. I use that and then expose the units as Matter thermostats to SmartThings via the HA matter bridge add-on. Works well for me.

Update on this. It appears the HA integration with Daikin does not cover the One Touch thermostat.

That’s a pity. I see that apart from the official integration there are other 3rd party integrations for Daikin one. Have you tried them?

Cool. Now you must try and expose it to SmartThings via matter.

Initially I am pulling it in to SharpTools. Will try SmartThings shortly!
