Anybody figure out how to set custom sounds for notifications on IOS? The reason I ask is that my dogs have figured out the notification sounds and realize when someone is home and go crazy before they even get in the house. I would like to be able to change the sounds every so often so they can’t figure it out.

AFAIK this hasn’t changed. i.e. you can look into jailbreaking your phone but I think that’s about it.
It’s a new iphone 7 plus. I don’t think I want to risk it.
Most other systems i have seen allows to have different sounds for different events, Ie: Front door opening vs back door opening. I think this is an important feature that will add to the security. I think listening to the same sound for every event makes the system seem less important or urgent.
I agree! Smartthings please implement applying different sounds to different notifications.

Does anyone know how we can officially submit enhancement requests to Smartthings? Right now my work-a-round is having to send via email with custom notifications within the gmail app. Far too complicated of a work-a-round.
that’s why i miss stringify soo much , stringify created different notifications for each automation then i could just go in android`s app notification and choose whatever notification i wanted for each automation
smartthings just has 1 notification for all.
i want my home monitor to sound in one way and some other meaningless notification to sound in another way.
is sad they haven’t implemented this simple thing until now and have to wast time with all kind of 3rd party half baked solutions
