Creating Routine in the IDE?

Hi,

Can I write and edit routines (such as Hello Home automations) from with the web IDE?

The Developer Documentation talks about doing various actions with routines: get, do, events, etc.

Would like to be able to create and organize my routine outside of the mobile app. Wondering if I can do so with Hello Home Actions and not write a full SmartApp.

Not on the IDE. But you can utilize webCoRE to create automations (and that are much more complex than what you can do with the SmartThings default). Check it out here: https://wiki.webcore.co/.
