Controlling Leviton outlet module from stand alone switch or button

I’ve installed flood lights on my house which are plugged into a Leviton appliance module and everything is working as it should from the ST app. I want to install a switch or smart button by the garage door that would also operate these lights. Does anyone have any suggestions on what I can use to accomplish this?
Is there not a smart button compatible with Smartthings?
There are no existing switches or power source where I would like to install the smart button or switch.

Battery Operated 3 Toggle Switch for wallmount or table top use (SmartenIT ZBWS3B) [DEPRECATED: STOPPED WORKING IN 2018]

This code stopped working with the 2018 version of the SmartThings app. The device should no longer be considered compatible. Yes, Virginia, there is a battery operated toggle switch that looks like a regular switch and can be used to change modes, run Hello Home Actions, or toggle one or more devices on and off! GE 45600/45601/45631 Remotes - Need Full Integration to Operate Other Protocols and Items via ST

I burnt a few hours and learned all the basic functions of the remote. For a few bucks on the Internet, this is a must have for remote controlling your Z-Wave devices on you ST Hub, worth it just to easily factory reset a device that is having paring issues. This item needs to get fully integrated into ST, cause as of now you can only control the Z-Wave devices on your Hub. We should be able to get this to be installed on ST’s and program the button on the App to do any on/off/dimmer/variable function. Would be great if the GE Link Bulb (Zigbee protocol) was functional with this unit via the hub. Remote should tell the hub to trigger any device on any protocol, needs some integration… Note - Much talk about distance, must be close to the Hub… This should not be true, most Z-Wave Network …
