Constant color shifting light app

Is there an app that can constantly change the color of a RGBW bulb( like the ORSHAM Lightify bulb).
Kinda like this.

Use the quick browse list in the community created wiki in the smart app section. Choose the list for “lighting.” Scroll through that until you find a smart app called “garden hue.” even though the author named it “hue” it’s intended for Osram devices.

Core might also be able to do it, I’m not sure.

FYI, I was able to modify the Garden Hue app to run every minute (previous was every 5 minutes). SmartThings only allows you to schedule once per minute now, so that is the quickest you can change colors.

Here is version 3.0 of my new smartapp: Garden Hue. I could not find a smartapp that would change the color every so often sunset to sunrise… So far I have it cycle through about 16 colors, only turns on sunset to sunrise (with an optional offset) and will change color only between these times, OR if you manually turn one or more of the hue lights controlled on. I have set cycle times of 10 , 15, 30 minutes, 1 hour and 3 hours. so I can use the built in functions of runeveryxxminutes etc. so as not to overload the backend running on fixed times. (check the docs these randomize the time). I also have a disable/enable option. There is is also an option for a random one of the 16 colors instead of cycling through them. I purposely did not offer once per minute as that puts you much load on the system.

Can you explain too much load? Like too much network traffic or too much CPU consumption?
