Chameleon smart meter linked service issue

Hi, I am wondering if anyone has noticed that the Chameleon smart meter integration is failing to report usage?

I have happily been using this service since it became available. However since the beginning of May, maybe slightly earlier, I have had no readings reported in ST.

Linked service correctly showed my meters, devices and all historic data looked fine. However no readings had been reported since the May reading date (1st). Refreshed the service, rebooted the hub (v2) and refreshed the app (Android) all with no issues or change. Consequently and maybe unwisely…

I unlinked and successfully relinked the service, with resulting historic data and device loss on unlinking. Since relinking the service, with new meter devices created, I still have had no readings and the devices remain in a state of update. Initially I did not check the web interface which was an oversight, but it was consistent post relink. I have now unlinked the service.

I am UK based but has anyone else, UK or elsewhere, noticed an issue?

I live in the UK too, am using Chamelon and have had no issues till now for both Gas and Electricity. There was a day in May where the readings did not come through but then the next day it caught up on the missed day too. After you relinked the service, did you check if the metering date is set in the settings?

Thank you both, I may well contact Chameleon at some point but, tbh, it is not a great loss for the moment so on my list, but not high on it :grinning_face::face_savoring_food:
